ALTHOUGH now a shadow of the mighty empire spanning most of Eurasia, Mongolia remains a spectacular country with its nomadic inhabitants living in their tiny gers. They have survived countless generation after generation through some of Earth’s most desolate climate. Yet their lands are amongst the most beautiful in the world.

Now influenced by modern systems of the Buddhist belief system and financed through modern tourism, the weathered nomadic people of the canvas gers continue dwelling on these isolated lands for many generations to come.
