ANOTHER day of squally weather brought on by the chill southerly wind ended in a spectacular sunset of soft purples and yellows on the low puffy clouds.
During the day I had explored the bay, discovering a small graveyard and heading as far south as Craven Creek near Cowan Cowan.
The swell remained strong during the day but the low sand cliffs along the coast were indicative of huge storms in the recent past that had caused a lot of erosion on the beach.
