IT DIDN'T seem to take long to get to the top of the Rialto Tower in Melbourne. Having been in the cold cluttered city during rush hour, it was a relief to be up here above all the frenetic activity. From here I could see across the entire city in all directions. The Yarra River was lying placid snaking through the city running past me. I was level with most of the other tall high rise buildings in the city. |
