IN RECENT years I have put on a lot of weight thanks largely to the Australian diet and living a sedentary lifestyle. This had become especially apparent in Japan when I climbed Shari Dake. After the climb I realised I would either need to retire from climbing or do something about my health.
Here I am twenty two weeks later less fifteen kilogrammes. I am fitter than ever and at my optimum BMI of 19, ready for travel.
