I'M USUALLY not a great fan of cities, but Phnom Penh was a notable exception.
I had spent the day exploring the city, discovering its dark past when millions of people had been needlessly executed by the Pol Pot regime just a couple of decades ago. I met a couple of the locals, and it was obvious from them that the people were still recovering.
Despite that, Phnom Penh is a very beautiful city. Here I am feeding an elephant at Phnom Wat.
