THE RED moon in total eclipse rose out of the eastern horizon shortly after sunset. Viewed from the shores of Lake Samsonvale where the post-drought lake had drowned many trees to skeletons, the eclipse stood eerily led diagonally across the sky by the red planet Mars. |
