300 MILLIMETRES of rain fell yesterday sending the city into chaos as most transport networks became flooded stranding people with some cars being swept away resulting in three deaths. Although low cloud was hanging around early this morning, it was clear the rain had gone. The rising sun was quickly dissolving the cloud and fog into a sunny day allowing the flood waters to quickly subside and bring the city back to life again. |
