DEEP in a subway harshly illuminated by cold florescent lighting a busker plays away into the evening as weary commuters pass heading home for the weekend. The hard irregular walls, floor and ceiling of the subway creates an excellent acoustic resonance expected only in a well-designed concert hall.
An interested passer-by stops for a few minutes to watch the guitar moves. Perhaps he has recently started learning and stands here seeking inspiration that maybe one day he too will be good enough to entertain.
