A TINY seven millimetre long ant leads the way through a patch of moss growing on a garden bed. Although the garden bed looks smooth from our eye height, from the ant's level the terrain was very rugged. The ant negotiated its way through the large grains of soil and beds of moss following the trail back towards the hole leading into its colony's home. |
