PLANNING ahead I was going to need to upgrade to professional standard lenses in preparation for upgrading the next camera body to full frame.
This would require gradually upgrading the EF-S 18-180mm lens to a set of L series lenses. I already have one of these, the 8-15mm fisheye which has produced amazing quality in the years I have had it.
I found the 24-70mm lens second hand in perfect condition at a fraction of the otherwise very expensive price. This has started my L series lens collection.
