ARRIVING in Beachmere in the late afternoon at low tide I followed the coast into the entrance of the Caboolture River, where I followed the beach for about ten minutes before ending in a forest of mangroves. From here I watched the sun setting over the distant hills, passing through the remnants of the clouds of today. |
