WAKING up before first light, I headed to the beach, where the calm waters of the Pumicestone Passage lapped on the golden sand. In the distance offshore I could see the lights of Redcliffe with the orange glow of the city light pollution behind it. As the sky began to lighten I captured the soft blue-grey of the natural light filtering through the layer of cloud balanced with the orange glow of the city. |
