Lots of lights

WALKING around my neighbourhood in the early evening, some of the houses were proudly displaying their Christmas lights - a common occurrence here in the subtropics despite the high risk of destructive storms at this time of year.

Houses like this one some distance down the hill from where I live had spectacular displays probably requiring its own substation. An otherwise inconspicuous small house spectacularly illuminated with thousands of tiny lights.
