WELL today I'm coming from the town of Lihue on the island of Kauai. It is very different to the other towns I have been to on Hawaii. It is not touristy, but it's just a small town near the airport in the middle of nowhere and the town is pretty ordinary. Behind me are the mountains with a bit of cloud around them. They are actually quite spectacular, giving an indication of the tour I'll be taking tomorrow going around all the movie sites.
There's nothing too much here, but there was a chicken running around before. There's chickens all over the place. It seems to have disappeared now. This town is just full of chickens. I notice all the towns on Hawaii have chickens all around them, so they are obviously allowed to roam free here. I'm going to have dinner now and head back and get ready for the tour tomorrow.
