WHILE taking a brief stroll up and down Four Mile Creek, I tested out my new Olympus TG-6 camera in the patches of rainforest. This camera is set to replace my trusty TG-4, which had served me well for seven years but was starting to fail in tougher climate environments.
Despite the partially cloudy sky and varying lighting conditions, the quality of the photos was excellent. Being the only tough camera capable of producing raw format, the shots were more easily editable, enhancing the overall quality of the images.
With the successful test, I am now fully equipped and ready for my next big trip, which starts next weekend.
