Introduction to today's journey
Today's journey takes me from Dubai airport flying across the Indian Ocean reaching the West Coast of Australia and continuing across the continent to return to my home city of Brisbane.

I reach Dubai Airport just before first light and get into the terminal as the sky lightens. Fortunately the layover here is only a couple of short hours. |
