WHEN the sun set Brisbane comes to life. Bright colourful lights illuminate the city. The old treasury building was built by convict labour when Brisbane was first settled as a colony on the other side of the world. The building now stands as a casino, as a sandstone building by day, but by night it is brightly illuminated as are many of the other older buildings in the city. |
