ALTHOUGH only a small hill, Mount Ngungun is a good climb. The track starts as an easy grade zig-zagging up the side of the hill to a steep gorge. The gorge itself is a scramble up a steep slope with cliffs on either side. A ridge at the top of the gorge leads the rest of the way to the rocky summit. |
