EpilogueAS AUSTRALIA continues to drift northwards the volcanoes left behind by the East Australia Hot Spot continue to crumble. The Tweed Volcano remains the most preserved of these volcanoes though, holding up the remnants of a great forest that once covered the ancient lands of Gondwanaland. The string of volcanoes continues to form, with Australia having moved far enough northward for the hot spot to now be under South Australia off the coast from Mount Gambier. Although much of Australia has become desert and dry eucalypt forest, the protected mountainous areas along the east coast such as the Tweed Volcano continue to preserve these ancient forests of so long ago.
