A HIKE across the top of Mount Mee through gum forest didn't produce any spectacular views until I reached the Somerset Lookout at the far end of the loop trail. From the lookout atop a large rocky outcrop with trees clinging on it were views across forested hills down to Lake Somerset in the distance, followed by another range of forested hills. |
