HAVING arrived in Sydney earlier in the day, I took an evening walk through the city and out onto the harbour bridge. I crossed over the bridge to North Sydney and returned again. The harbour bridge is an impressive steel structure held together with millions of rivets. The bridge sits atop the world's largest bearings on either side, and spans over a massive steel arch holding up the bridge across the beautiful Sydney Harbour. |
