FLYING between Sapporo and Tokyo on my way home to Brisbane, the plane diverted around a number of massive storms over northern Honshu. The storm clouds covered the thick brown haze concealing the 35 plus degree humidity over the ground. Fortunately it was find in Tokyo when I landed, and later when I took off again on my final leg home. |
