THE JAGGED top of Shag Rock stands above the rubble. Just a couple of kilometres away from the epicentre of the Christchurch earthquake, this area was severely affected with some of the land dropping as much as a metre. Shag Rock used to be larger, but much of it had collapsed during the earthquake into the pile of rubble now seen. |
