IT WAS a peaceful early morning kayak trip from Kaiteriteri to Split Apple Rock near the southern border of the Abel Tasman National Park. Small wavelets broke on the beach under overcast skies. It was a very quiet beach despite the summer tourist season being at its peak. Related blog: |
