THE MAROOCHY River flows out of the rainforest hinterland through the middle of the Sunshine Coast. The tide floods and ebbs over the golden sandbanks. A number of people have fishing rods along the side of the river hoping perhaps to catch dinner. There is also the occasional boat drifting along with the tide also with fishing lines over the side. |
