THE ORIGINAL riverwalk following the north bank of Brisbane River between the city and New Farm had been washed away during the 2011 flood. The riverwalk has since been rebuilt a lot stronger this time. Today I walked along it for the first time since reopening last year. Both the walkway and the river were a lot busier than I'm normally used to whilst on my regular weekend hike. |
