ARRIVING at O'Reilly's in the early afternoon I began exploring some of the local tracks. As a guest at the resort this time around I decided to explore the "guest only" tracks.

The circuit I took headed down the hill through rainforest to several curious hollow trees, the largest of which was Wishing Tree, where you can see me inside the hollow. The five elevated root buttresses held up the large tree which towered into the sky above.

From there I continued to Moran's Falls where there was a reasonable amount of water pouring over the edge of the eighty metre drop into the valley below. This was encouraging as tomorrow I'll be heading deeper into the park to photograph more waterfalls.
