Good morning friends. Today I'm at Rainbow Beach at the start of the Cooloola Great Walk which I did a few years ago. It starts up here and goes all the way down to almost Noosa. Yesterday I hiked a section of the Cooloola Wilderness Trail up here. Today I'm doing a short walk up to Carlo Sandblow and continuing to the first junction of the great walk before returning. Well friends I'm now back at the start of the track, having succesfully reached Carlo Sandblow and also a couple of the tracks around here at the start of the Cooloola Great Walk. This is a very interesting area. These sandhills are apparently the oldest in the world. Some of them are up to 700,000 years old around this area. Thanks friends for joining with me again today.
