Hello friends. Today I'm back up on the Redcliffe Peninsula at the southern end where the highway goes across. I'm on the old Hornibrook Highway, the original bridge across the estuary. The tide is in on this nice and clear day about 28 degrees. You can see right out to the range and if you look out beyond the second boat out there, you'll see a distant hill at this resolution That's Kluvers Lookout where I was just a few weeks ago. That is a fair way out and beyond that is Mount Mee. You can see quite a long way today. Last time I was here about a year ago I crossed over the bridge over to Sandgate and Brighton, but today I'm going to be exploring Hays Inlet. I'm not sure what the access is going to be. It will be quite limited as this area is mostly residential and commercial almost right up to the water most of the way up but it does look like there are a couple of little walkways up there. I'm going to be heading up this side of the peninsula heading around the inlet and seeing how far I get. Anyway come join with me as I explore parts of Hays Inlet today.

Well friends I've reached the end of the track. It was quite rough in places but it was very interesting. They have started to build a walkway there and it led to the inlet which I followed for a couple of kilometres to shortly before this point. It was very interesting in there and I saw some large kangaroos, I think one of them I caught on the video. Thanks friends for joining me and I shall catch you next time somewhere else. Ciao for now.
