Well hello friends. Today for something a bit different I'm exploring an area where I used to live where I bought my first house.

It's interesting going through there. I've now come across the road to what at the time I was living there used to be a big area of native bush with eucalyptus trees and koalas living in them. I never did come in here because it was private property so I've never been here before. It was a really nice outlook looking across the road into the nice bush. As you can see in the twelve years since all the bush has cleared and it's now a big commercial area with a lot of new buildings and some still being built at the moment. It is very different. I'm not sure what happened to all the koalas but it's all been replaced with a commercial area as part of the big expansion of Brisbane City which has been very massive with huge areas of bush being cleared and a few hoop pines have been put in but otherwise it is all just light industrial and commercial areas with lots of warehouses. Things do change around the city, so I thought I would explore this area and never been in here before even though I used to live just across the road from what's now all of this.

Times do change. I'm going to keep walking and finish this little circuit and that's it for today. Thanks friends for joining me again and I shall catch you somewhere else next time. Ciao for now.
