Well good morning friends. Today I'm at Lake Eden up at the North Lakes area just north of Brisbane. I'm doing a walk around the lake, it's the largest of the lakes around here. It's a nice day for it today getting warm so I think winter is coming to an end now. Today I'm just doing a bit of experimental photography preparing for a big trip coming up shortly. I'm just trying a couple of things, a few things I want to try out but it looks like it isn't going to work so it's good to know that it isn't going to work when I'm experimenting close to home instead of finding out on the big trip so it's good to get that sorted out. It's always good to test equipment and test ideas close to home and we can come back instead of being way out travelling in distant places and then come home later to find out it didn't work. It's good to do those little tests. I quite often do these tests when doing the short walks before heading off on the big trips. So I'm glad to have found that out. There's a lot of little turtles here as you can see down there. Most of them are in the shadows but there are a few out there in the sun. The water is a bit murky but you can clearly see them. It's a beautiful day and I'm going to keep walking around the lake. Thanks friends for joining me again today and I shall catch you again next time. Ciao for now. |
