SUNSET at Lake Samsonvale north of Brisbane.
A nice serene setting in a crisp evening. Scattered along the shores of the lake were several other photographers capturing the brightness of the sunset. Most stood there solitary with their cameras, but one lady showed me a few very nice shots she had taken earlier on her mobile phone. Although one in particular of the sun shining through the trees looked spectacular on the tiny screen, I wondered what the quality would look like on a large screen.
Looking over the lake, the almost imperceptible breeze created only the slightest of ripples in the dark water reflecting the purple and orange last remnants of the bygone day.
