WELL good morning friends. Today I am coming from the Roma Street parklands, some beautiful botanical gardens in Brisbane City. Today is a very nice day for exploring and come down here today. There's a lot of big buildings and apartment blocks overlooking the park. Having a look just now I realise when I first came here twenty six years ago it was quite different here. They were just starting to build the parklands. Looking at all these buildings here, none of them existed twenty five years ago. These were all built in the last ten to twenty years. The cityscape has changed quite substantially over the years. It is still a very beautiful city. There was some rain here overnight but it has cleared to the start of what will be a few fine days heading towards the dry part of the year. I'm making the most of it whilst the vegetation is still very green. Anyway today I'm exploring the parklands and a few of the surrounding areas to get back into the travel as I haven't been travelling much lately, but that's all about to change.
